Precísase
que los obreros de los gobiernos regionales y gobiernos locales NO ESTÁN
COMPRENDIDOS EN EL RÉGIMEN LABORAL ESTABLECIDO POR LA LEY DEL SERVICIO CIVIL,
LEY 30057. SE RIGEN POR EL RÉGIMEN LABORAL PRIVADO DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO
728, Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral.
